As with all other areas of school, we hope that you never have cause to complain. However, if you feel that your child's SEN are not being met, please contact us to make an appointment with your child's teacher and / or Mrs Dyer (SENDCo).
After that, if you feel the issue still hasn't been resolved, then please make an appointment to meet with the Headteacher, Deputy or Assistant Head.
The complaints policy is above. Again, please follow this closely if you feel that the informal approaches listed have not resolved the issue to your satisfaction.
